Logistics Disclaimer
Shipping and delivery depend on independent carriers, warehouse availability, destination conditions, and accurate customer information. This disclaimer explains practical delivery limits without reducing rights that cannot legally be limited.
Estimated dates and tracking
Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. Carrier scans can be delayed, repeated, or displayed out of sequence. Severe weather, peak volume, customs, security inspections, remote routes, network failures, and other events outside reasonable control may cause delays.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for supplying a complete, serviceable address and monitoring tracking. Timely cooperation may be needed for a signature, secure delivery location, building access, customs document, or duty payment.
Damage, loss, and separate shipments
Inspect the parcel promptly, photograph visible damage, retain packaging, and report problems without avoidable delay. An order may arrive in multiple parcels or on different days. We review tracking, carrier records, the delivery address, and available evidence before determining an appropriate remedy.
