Update: Given the cars were less than a year old, the company was kind enough to ship us out four new non-skid bands. Given they came from China, it took a while, but, nevertheless, the company came through. However, please note when purchasing these cars that replacement parts are not available. That said, the cars can run without the non-skid bands. We are grateful to the company for their service. We purchased two of these go karts for our grandchildren slightly less than a year ago. Upon receiving and assembling the karts last year, one of the chargers did not work (brand new). The seller was responsive and sent a replacement charger. However, recently, with nice weather upon us again, the kids were riding the karts. On one, the rubber non-skid band on the tire ripped and is coming off. On the other kart, the band keeps falling off. After communication with the seller, we were told they don't sell the tires (or rubber bands, I guess) separately, so if we wanted, we could purchase new go karts. Terrible customer service. The go karts are less than a year old and only rode during the nice weather months. Read more Read less
